Staff is not helpful

I go there mainly for the grooming service for my two hairy monsters. They change the service personnels very often, which makes me wonder why. I would prefer putting my pets in the hand of familiar faces. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with my last visit to them in the beginning of November 2018.
