Meliá Puerto Vallarta

We have visited the Melia Puerto Vallarta in the past and were always happy, we visited again last week and had another wonderful vacation. The staff is fantastic and definitely focused on making the guests stay a pleasant experience. One our favorite staff members, Jose is the best example of the perfect host. Other staff that we were impressed with are Christian, Alex, Benjamin and Muriel. We will definitely return next year and all because of the staff and the care that they exemplify for the guests.

Above and beyond ! ...what an amazing experience was staying at Melia in Puerto Vallarta last week. Most of the time traveling with my son who has special needs, and his service dog, is challenging -to say the least ...last week was refreshing, the staff from the hotel worked not only to accommodate our needs, but really willing to help us enjoy our time without any hassle. It is great to see this happening and from our perspective see Melia taking the lead in the industry in Mexico (among service providers) in accommodating our needs. thank you thank you !

Do not recommend! All inclusive but food isn’t always available and when it is, it’s cold! You can only drink during certain hours.... not really “ALL INCLUSIVE”. Hallways are very dark and scary. Randomly, are key stops working! . No security lock on the bedroom, it’s broken off. Would never recommend or come back. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!

1000% recommended!! I can’t thank enough to the staff of Meliá Puerto Vallarta for their great service, they were empathic and accommodating with our special need son and his SERVICE DOG. They took care of us at all times. Thanks for facilitating a great vacation for us!

The kids and co rooms are nice, the pool is big and the kids had a blast. Kids club and baby club staff are amazing. I gave 2 stars because the food was not good at all we lived off salad for lunch and dinner unless we ordered room service. Room service is not included which is really annoying because the food is way better. Pool side lunch never changed it was always nachos and cheese, soggy hot dogs and soggy sandwiches, and wings(which were pretty good)
