Comedor Los Cafetales

as you stroll aimlessly downhill from Pluma and past some fincas and lots of laid back folks, once you reach the road you'll see this inviting little place. However as we arrived - no matter how intense the rooster alarm - no one showed up for quite a while, so we took a photo and cursed at the rooster before we wandered off. Getting back to Pluma from here is pure uphill, luckily little collective taxis zip by frequently and will pick you up.

Best restaurant in Oaxaca's province :) although it a coffee tasting dedicated place
