Absolutely fantastic and professional service. I walked in here speaking very little Spanish and we were quickly greeted by an English speaking nurse that helped us fill out the necessary forms. I was then taken to a private room were I was assessed and was told that a doctor would come to see me soon. The doctor was also very professional and also spoke good English. Everything was explained to me clearly and consent was taken before treatment (form was in Spanish and English). Required medications were giving via prescription which they filled on site and they took payment via VISA which I could claim later with my travel insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to fellow visitors to Puerto Vallarta. They made a difficult experience easy to deal with and I could not be happier with the treatment they provided.

I had a severe infection in my leg that had caused sepsis and was life threatening. The doctors, nurses and entire staff treated me with professionalism and care during the two weeks I was there. Their concern for my well being and personal attention far exceeded my experience in US hospitals. You are a person, not a number at Medassist. Highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible experience. My fiancé and and I were in need of a doctor’s note to clear us to fly back to the states (my fiancé had tested positive for covid for weeks, but no longer had symptoms). After going to other hospitals and being turned away, Medassist was more than willing to help us. They were so attentive and nice, and we were in and out with a doctors note and an antigen test in less than 20 minutes. So happy we found this place!!

Otorhinolaryngologist only cleans your ears but never listens to your symptoms. Never gives med for your problem. Not a professional. The most expensive ear cleaning experience. Went back home and I had a real Dr checking me.

We live nearby and have been here many times. Whether for a bad fall, pneumonia, physical exam or a routine doctor visit, the careful attention given bY this top notch staff is professional and friendly. While Spanish is the first language, they always find someone or some way to communicate. I never had doctors or a medical facility in the US that could come close. They also have a knowledgeable insurance specialist to help with those needs.
