Great tequila but they don't open until 10

The tequila and tour are always fun here. The reposado is beyond delicious, but what I love the most are the hot sauces. I normally stop here after the zoo and stock up. They only sell them at the store here so you won't want to miss your chance. They're some of the best in Puerto Vallarta.

Mama Lucia's is on the way to Eden -where you can take a picture in the jungle! Next to a cool helicopter used in the movie Predator! This lovely Tequileria gives you a tour of their facility with explanations of how tequila is carefully crafted from the plant to the bottle! I found their Reposado to be most tasty! And their Almond and Nuez liquors to be to most delicious! Have fun!!

Toured several different distilleries and this was by far the best. Leave without a bottle and you’ll regret it. Thank you for everything.

The tequila tour was good, we ended up purchasing an expensive variety pack of tequilas (4bottles: 2xnon-aged, 1x1yearOld, and 1x3yearOld), supposed to have all 3 varieties... so they give you a travel-packed version at checkout (which has foam covering the bottles)... but when we got back home from our trip we opened it and ended up with 2xnon-aged, 2x1yearOld bottles... NO 3yearOld bottle! I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s the most expensive tequila so they probably knew what they were doing. WARNING! if you buy here: OPEN THE TRAVEL PACK TO CHECK!
