Terrible service. They should hire better and friendlier staff. Instead of helping to solve a problem or give suggestions, they blame telmex, the system, esque ... etc. IT'S A PHARMACY. In emergencies your store and its staff DOES NOT WORK. In front of the supervisor, dial the phone to show that NO ONE answers. He turned around and told me that this is from Telmex. Another supervisor or store that cares about customer service will take ACTION on such a problem. Instead of leaving customers standing and turning around.
