It has an exceptional location. But the building is run down. Adding to that the Owner / Administrator is a rude and bitter old woman who always walks through the corridors bothering people just like that.

Very clean and the elevator works very well, although the corridors are not very large, also in the elevator, at most it can accommodate 6 to 8 people, it is a very old building but in very good condition, there are different offices of different companies, very good atmosphere.
