Although the tellers and other personnel tend to be quite pleasant, HSBC has a foul reputation and was convicted of laundering money for Mexican drug cartels. The ATM is in service most of the time but don't count on it. There is parking behind the building with a very nice fellow who watches over the vehicles during business hours. The entrance is on the south side, off Ave. Morelos, just before the bus stop.

If you are looking for a bank to carry out your procedures at least fast enough, this is not the right one, since it is the most central, for which reason it will always be crowded with people, and in these times of pandemic, the staff is very very scarce, for which the quality standards in the service and customer service in the branch lowered its performance. Therefore, from my point of view, you should go exclusively, be it in the morning in good weather, or more in the afternoon but exclusively for it.
