La atención por el personal dentro de las instalaciones de la SRE CUERNAVACA es muy buena.. Debido a los tiempos de COVID 19 es un poco más lento el proceso pero te entregan más o menos el pasaporte de 45 min a 1 hr.

There is much to improve. It is a headache to try to make an appointment over the phone. They can never give you the requirements to take out your passport, they should have a registration in the system to be able to do the process much faster, but they only have the registration until they review the system and then tell us that they actually had everything on their computers . Disastrous. Already there is NO ONE accessible to give reports or help people. There are many people and not enough seats. It is very hot. The process is very slow and unkind people. The biggest monserga results when one does not carry the papers that they want and it is necessary to make an appointment that also cannot be requested until they erase your name from the system. How obvious is not later. If you persist, you can get the document you need.
