They refuse to provide medical consultation if you had covid and recovered at home. They ask for a document that certifies that you no longer have covid. The state health system is saturated and not all of us have access to it, much less to a particular health service. It seems discriminatory to me that they do not want to give medical attention just for that fact. 👎

We went to care for pain caused by kidney stones (diagnosed by another doctor who we went to after we left the red cross), the person who was at the reception in an arrogant way did not give us attention, arguing that the pain was caused due to covid and that they would not give us the attention that we retired, arrogant staff, terrible service.
