Good evening! This Saturday, November 14, I arrived at your ranch since I had already made a reservation for two weeks. Before making the reservation, I asked if there was a problem and what it would cost if a date change was made since I was not sure if I would arrive on Friday or Saturday for work reasons, they replied that there was no problem and it had no cost. One week before my accommodation I was informed that I would indeed have to make the change of arrival date and they responded quickly and kindly that there was no problem that they were waiting for me with pleasure. The Saturday that I arrived, the boy Gustavo (receptionist) told me that he no longer had rooms available but that I did not worry about why they would take me to another place very close to there, and that I could be at the ranch without problem, from that moment I bother as that information was not provided to me before. When I asked them why they did not mention the situation to me they told me that it was my fault why I changed the date, it was silly because when I mentioned and confirmed the change they told me that there was no problem, including the day Friday they sent me a message to confirm from there they would have informed me of the situation and I would have known if I got there or what to do. We arrived at the Hotel Maya, which is about 10 min by car, an apparently clean and quiet place that did not look bad, so in order not to waste any more time fighting or complaining, I decided to accept. In the afternoon and part of the night we decided to be at the ranch and honestly, as seen in videos or photos, the ranch is not there, it is clean but a bit neglected, the bathrooms were disgusting, the only good thing was the attention of the young Gustavo. When we arrived at the Hotel Maya at night, apparently everything was fine but when we went to bed after a while we noticed that the sheets and blanket were full of ants, I asked to change them and without asking kindly they changed them. After about 12 o'clock at night some people were outside drinking and making too much noise totally preventing sleep I thought they would not take long but at 2 AM I went to look for the manager since it was really very annoying, the surprise was that the The manager was also drinking there with them, I told him that they would please lower his noise a little, he said yes but to no avail. We could not sleep at all, they were quiet until about 5 AM it was too annoying since the place where you stay so simple they have rules. The next day when I left the manager came out and only said "an apology is that you know how drunkards are" the truth left me speechless. It is worth mentioning that the ranch where they supposedly offer you rest was paid $ 850, the hotel room that they took us cost $ 500 and even worse the good thing that I went by car but if I had gone by transport it would have been an expense that is not contemplated in the ranch to hotel and vice versa. I was left with a very bad concept of both the ranch and the Maya hotel I will never return and I will not recommend them. Terrible service
