I like it because it is very quiet and private, if tranquility is what you are looking for, here is the perfect place. About the normal price, which is $ 1200 a night, it is expensive and well, it is not that bad, since it is not a very luxurious hotel, but with a booking promotion if it suited us since it came out at $ 820 a night The hotel is very clean, good facilities, the garden and the pool are very well maintained. The water in the pool is warm and very rich for swimming, apart from the fact that the pool is very large, and has a wading pool and deep sound. The shower is very small, not suitable for couples since with work one person fits hahaha apart from the fact that it takes a long time to get hot water, in the early morning we had a problem with the water supply but it was fixed in the morning. They also have buffet breakfast service (although the food is lousy) and air conditioning in the rooms. The buffet breakfast to my taste lacks flavor and that they heat it more apart from the fact that they should put the natural juice not the bonafine because it tastes disgusting. Not worth the $ 120 they charge for breakfast. What I liked the most was the general attention of the staff is very good, very attentive and above all very friendly, especially Andres the guy at the reception and the guy from the bar and restaurant. To conclude, in general the hotel is good, it has a good location, accessible to go to the lake of Tequesquitengo (10 min by car), good facilities and good attention from the staff, but it does not have much balance in the price-service, although compared to hotels of the same quality for the area it was the cheapest we got through booking promo. It is a hotel that I would return to again, and thanks to the booking promotion it stays with 4 stars if it would not stay at 3 for the things mentioned above.
