I had been visiting this clinic for several years, but the current receptionist has terrible customer service. I'm changing dentist.

The current receptionist is rude ... I regularly arrive 5 min before my appointment with Dr. Geraldine and always have to wait between 15 and 40 minutes to clear up because they are late ... it is understood, nothing happens. Today I arrived 6 minutes late. And immediately and without consulting the doctor, this receptionist told me that she can no longer assist me. I asked her to download Dr. and confirm it herself since I always wait for her and send some whatsapps I think asking someone to dial Leend, the phone rang and she told me that she can't go down is attending to another patient. I told him then how he is attending if in theory it is time for my appointment. and he answers no I can't tell you. These are the people who must work in a warehouse and not serving customers because they forget that their salary comes from there and it is not the way to treat people. In short, I don't even come back for free to beg for an appointment.

The place is very clean and they always receive you very kindly. Miss Yesenia Peregrino attended the Appointment that I attended, and was on the lookout for everything I needed, the Dentist who treated me very kindly and never hurt me. The offices are very nice
