Horrible deal. Indifferent staff who do not allow the use of your facility. They take you out to the garden while you wait for the cremation of your family member. Horrible and detestable his service. Poor and zero customer service. Clumsy and slow staff starting with management. A total tease, zero recommendation. A mother's mention is what they deserve.
