Very bad experience, they did not give me a solution to the problem of my bill for a month and they did not do anything, call and they threw the ball, they told me in 72 hours and I am still waiting and I think that I will stay that way, because thanks to the fact that they did not do anything anymore My payment will not be refunded. What a shame that a hospital like this does not have people trained to solve problems such as one as simple as sending me my correct bill.

Terrible service. One goes and pays for a particular service so as not to have to be like in the insurance (waiting). I had a consultation at 4:30 and they passed me at 6:15 and they did not ask for an apology for the delay. That is why there are supposed to be appointments, and they are not respected. And last time the machines didn't work to pay for parking. Zero recommended. At least we don't come back

Very bad I have been asking for my invoice for days, those who attended me made a mistake when capturing my data, I called for them to correct them I have been waiting for a response for days. They just tell me that tomorrow and tomorrow I'm really upset. And nobody has been able to give me a solution Then they told me that it was there and they sent it back to me with the same error.
