3 times I have rented I do not have the unit they promise and when you arrive they make you wait 2 hours and they want to rent you a much more expensive one. They spoil your planning.

There should be zero stars, since the service is deplorable, if someone is thinking of renting, frankly do not do it in Naucalpan. It's sad but true.
