Terrible service ! All week I was dialing to request information from an apartment in Mexico City, I left my data and they kindly told me they would communicate, this since Friday, January 5. Check every business day and they told me the same thing and I don't know how they communicated. Today I checked again to what the lady today could give me reports and she tells me that the department rented this morning, what a shame because she was sure that there were no offers at the beginning of the week, that I would excuse her but that they have new agents. Honestly, if it is a well-established agency, please, before your new agents start working, train them well, because they only waste clients' time and you generate a terrible image. For those who are thinking of using this real estate, better ask to speak to the manager before anything else, because if not they will never attend to you. Good day.
