This is a dishonest company that takes advantage of customers. If you do choose to work with them make sure to have your own lawyer to represent you. They work Jose Sanchez, a developer who has locked people out of their homes in spite of contracts.

We highly recommend Rebecca Horvath at Tropicasa! She is responsive, efficient, honest, and detail oriented. You will receive excellent customer service from the whole team, and have fun in the process! The process is quite different than purchasing in the US. You will need an agent like Rebecca, and a team you can trust, that will guide you through the process. Angela is also part of that team and she is fabulous, so much help in understanding everything, and getting things done.

We started researching properties in Puerto Vallarta nearly ten years ago, and looked around on our own and online at first. Then we contacted Tropicasa Realty and met Poncho, who helped us over several years, showing us dozens of properties, until we found the house we purchased. Poncho not only helped us through the buying process, which can be intimidating at first, but he has become a good friend, too. We highly recommend Tropicasa Realty and Poncho (Alfonso) Davalos.
