I bought using Coldwell Banker La Costa Olas Altas office as my broker in Puerto Vallarta and was very happy with the service I received. From searching and finding the right property, making an offer, inspection, and closing, all facets of the buying process went smoothly and successfully.

I don't recommend them!. They are supporting the destruction of natural protected areas where no developments are needed, like Paraiso Colomitos. Too much construction (greed) will destroy the "natural paradise" that we love of Puerto Vallarta area. We must say NO to the destruction of the natural world. Balance and harmony and respect for the environment is in urgent need.
The agent I worked with was very knowledgeable about the market as well as helping find comparable values of the properties adjacent to where we started moving in on. They were very professional and punctual in working with our family. I especially enjoyed the quick responses to all the questions. We received an exceptionally professional experience.
