As you know the maintenance costs are high and sometimes the empty oil containers or other things that "change" have not been delivered to me. They have also told me that they will change the air filter (climate) in my car and my car does not have an air filter, my car has never broken down, I think they do it well, the washing also leaves much to be desired. Of course there is very good customer service, very friendly staff. Later they spoke to me to follow up and I commented on everything I write here but they never responded.
It is an excellent agency, the personalized treatment of all the advisors, who with all the patience take you out of the doubt you have about your car. In general it is a worthwhile service and your car is always like new.
The staff is always very attentive, both in sales and service, very friendly and they listen to you, as for the service workshop I have no complaints they have always delivered the car in perfect condition, from the Nissan agencies that I know this is the best .
I am impressed with the service of this agency.
