People who are not cardholders and / or preferred take an hour and a half to go to the window, the staff ignores your complaint and the Director of the office tells you that there are many people and we give preference to our customers, which is bad Service does not deserve a star. I hope the director of Commercial Banking in Pachuca can do something. Because even in other banks even non-customers do not take them that long. Actually an hour and a half is exaggerated 👎
