Terrible service from sales manager NATAEL GARCÍA and sales consultant LAURA SANTOS! They do not give attention, they deliver the cars badly and with defects, when claiming they do not give you service and they behave in an arrogant and rude way. 0 stars and 0 recommended. Terrible customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS AGENCY.

Very bad attention, terrible service! I do not recommend them, the arrogant sales manager Natanael García, promised to give us a parasol if we answered a quality survey, once the survey was answered, he told us no, because we did not put everything excellent, that if we did not put excellent at all the survey didn't give us anything, he was rude and told us: "Do what you want, I'm not going to give you anything." He treated us to starve and said he didn't care about our time. AND WE CANNOT RATE A BAD SERVICE AS EXCELLENT. They gave us the accessories of the car weeks later and we had to be reminding them and we had to be visiting the agency to get accessories, the car was delivered a week after the agreement
