Bad experience. The entrance staff sometimes let more than one person in and sometimes not. If you are going to process the minutes, they tell you to wait outside and they are not aware of whether you can pass, I lost more than half an hour waiting. They tell you to make an appointment when the appointment system is only for birth records. In short, some people at the entrance are not trained. Once inside, they couldn't solve my problem either, they asked me to come back later.

I like that the attention is quick. Of course, an appointment must be made for some procedures, due to the pandemic. But still the attention received is good and friendly.
