Hotel Venus III.

THE GOOD: - after our 8 hour bus trip to Marquelia, we were allowed to check in at 6am without being charged an extra night - small, clean rooms - no bad odours from the bathroom drains - only 400 pesos per night - located directly beside the bus station THE BAD: - no hot water (or second replacement room had hot water but the room was the size of a small prison cell) - internet was so bad it was barely usable. It wasn't possible to steam YouTube videos. - no complimentary drinking water and no coffee making facilities, not even at reception - only one bathroom towel (yep, even for couples). Not even a bath mat to step on to when you finish your shower - no extra pillows, no phone, no chair (our second replacement room was too small for a chair anyway... It was the size of a double bed with 50cm space on each side!), the clothes iron was too dirty to use - 14" LCD TV on the far wall was too small to actually watch OVERALL: would we come here again? No, though we suspect that this hotel is actually the best in the town.

Nice place is very well located everything is within reach, and the managers treat you well

The first day we did not have hot water, according to because there was no gas, after a while they told us that the shower was electric and without moving anything, hot water began to flow after a while, the manager did not even know what was wrong with the hotel, at first they provided us with 4 towels the next day only three and when I asked for another towel because there were 4 of us they denied it: / a little soap to bathe, not even shampoo, we could never see the TV and the room without curtains only the glass translucent but from early on all the light enters you and does not allow you to rest, it is not so bad but it does have several details that do not allow you a pleasant stay

Excellent hotel, very attentive, super clean rooms and quality service.
