Terrible customer service, they do not follow the parcel, they tend to send threats by inbox, even people who have nothing to do with the matter end up threatening, check the negative comments in the opinions, and the immediate response from them that is, they are affected by the "negative rating" .... By the way, negative ratings are earned just like positive ones.
