Terrible :(

For years I have needed care in this hospital for a health problem ... I have multiple sclerosis and the treatment I have received from all the staff has been wonderful.

Disgust of place, you arrive for one thing they check you for another and since you did not have the second they take you out like that, it is a disgusting service, on top of the overbearing staff

Terrible service for the processing of a document, they subtly tried to ask for money to "speed up" the process and obviously they were not given anything from 5 to 8 days that, according to what they would generate, I have more than a month without being able to receive it and I do not know with whom to report it, If someone can help me I would appreciate it because it is not correct that they abuse their position to speed up or block a process that they are obliged to give
