Terrible service I requested an appointment on a Wednesday morning for the specialty of otorhinolaryngology and they scheduled me for the next day on Wednesday night they called me to reschedule the appointment for Friday because the doctor supposedly was not going to come that day for consultation, he arrived Punctual Friday to my appointment and they tell me that the doctor would not come that day either, that they had been marked from before and that he would not arrive and I say if they bothered to reschedule once because they did not do it again instead of wasting time and wait for a consultation that they were never going to give, if that's how they play with the times of the patients, I don't want to know what the treatment and service they offer is like.

Terrible service, I had severe dengue symptoms, red eyes, fever, headache, and the family doctor prepared to put me on an oximeter in a bad way because it did not show my oxygen in the blood, however it was enough to tell me that I had covid and my lungs were super damaged, I was nothing to do with suing them.

In this sanatorium, which is more expensive than a private practice, they do not have qualified personnel to perform procedures. They treated me badly, the attitude of the doctor is pessimistic and apart from everything they executed the procedure badly and with pain. They still wanted to intern me for 3 days at 2,600 each, to leave me medicated without the need for hospitalization. I never come back here.

I went to the emergency room and the attention was terrible. From the reception, they made me wait long before they called the doctor, not very kind, the doctor came until he wanted and his attention was very medium.

Terrible service, if you are a doctor and you are being hired for medical fees; I recommend that you DO NOT work there, they NEVER PAY YOU, the doctors who work there are very thieves apart from everything (and the new ones they hire do not last more than two days because it is a horrible environment for both the patient and someone honest who works there ). If they want their relatives and their wallets, do not go to this place, since they force the doctors to put serum and everything possible (that you do not occupy) so that your account grows and grows and in the end they charge you a good price. They play with your health and your money, since they only put you something to mask your ailment, but they do not send you anything to heal you. If you plan to spend a lot of money caring for a family member, spend it somewhere where they DO get cured.
