Fiesta Americana Viaducto

Great hotel and amazing staff. My brother and I had to stay in Mexico City for a few days due to missing a flight. We stayed here and couldn't be happier with the accommodations and staff. The staff were extremely helpful and multilingual. Had to seek medical attention at one point and the staff handled the whole thing with poise. Plus, they got the doctor to the hotel and room very quickly. The rooms were very nice as well. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! It's a new hotel, so it has a good amount of higher tech features. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Value The facilities were very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was efficient. I used the shuttle to the airport, and it was a big plus.

We were a group of 5. The hotel is close to the airport, they have shuttle service every hour. Is very clean, the recepcionist are very welcome and helpful. The rooms and the beds were clean and confortable, we recommend it.

Exelent service. Really nice personal I will definitely stay here my next visit
