It is sad to have lived an experience of mistreatment of the dignity of a child in preschool, a terrible attention from the school's psychology area as well as to assess in a negative and discriminatory way due to a wrong diagnosis, the little interest of the Preschool Directorate and the Technical Directorate to listen and attend to the complaint. I regret having entrusted my grandson to you.
