Good afternoon to whom it may concern; I want to express my disagreement and complaint at the same time, since last week I requested an order for a product that I have been doing for more than three years, my surprise was that normally the delivery is made by Danone personnel and this time it was a worker kinder surprise, unfortunately that day due to the drop in sales that I have had no adjustment to make the payment of said order and if necessary cancel. My surprise was that the surprise kindergarten worker when he left my premises told me that they would no longer collect orders. For which I did not believe that this would happen but today I confirmed it since they did not come to raise an order. I ask for a clarification if their policies are that way so I can take my precautions and know if they will continue to happen or definitely no longer.
