Customer service was better this time.. always stay here for family, buniness,enjoy extra time too my self.. last time there front desk lady was very rude and disrespectful..... to me and my family .. things have change which is very good.. so come and enjoy ur time here...
Room was dirty with stained sheets and blanket I reported it and they never came we came back to our room just ready for bed and had to wait for them to come with clean linens then I had to make my own bed as it took forever to come back with the blanket!! No face towels were left and they now use large soap bottles in the room so everybody is touching the same bottle!! Very unimpressed!!
Waited two hours for someone to fix my heat. Nobody ever showed up. I had to check out and go to the Marriott so I could shower for my meeting. Fiesta inn refused to refund my money. It was very disappointing I've stayed there several times before and always had great service.
Kuddos for offering electric vehicle charging. More hotels should follow their example.
