They have a wide variety of tools and materials, both for home and professional jobs. Prices are mostly lower than other stores (Home Depot, for example). The service from the employees in all areas leaves a little to be desired.

Call early to see if today's purchase could be delivered the same day with no problem of course that was the answer! One hour later I was already making the purchase so that it would be delivered in the afternoon before 6pm, how did they let me know when I made the payment! I call at 530 pm to let me know about the delivery! His answer was simply we have no idea, all the delivery men are out and we can contact them! They are doing a job for me in the afternoons and consequently I run out of product without work to advance, having known about this failure bought the material elsewhere! Tomorrow my workers will return early on Saturday morning and without knowing if the material will be delivered first thing in the morning, what irresponsibility of employees / company! And they did not call me to let me know that they could not deliver ... so much that I bought them and that they did this to me! It makes me very bad service

Very bad attention, very bad attitude of attention to the public, it took more than a week for the order to arrive and it was incomplete, a 4 "PVC tube was missing, call to ask about the part and they do not even know what it is about. They do not give you tracing.
