Seemed better the last time I was there which was about 4 months prior to this current visit. I wish I could show them how to make their store welcoming, enticing the customers to stay and browse the shelves and finding more things they think their pet can't live without. I didn't get that feeling today. I went for a very specific item, flea and tick chewable tablets for dogs. The girl helping me didn't know the answers to my questions but knew enough english to get by and referred to the gentleman next to him that did know the answers. That is all you can ask for folks and they delivered perfectly. They also allowed me to purchase the next dosage up for my 75 pound dog without any issues. I thought the price was too high, I know I could pay a lot less on Amazon but I got it right away and supported a local business. I will definitely go back and use their vet for my dogs healthcare needs. I thought the price for dental cleanings was extremely reasonable comparing the price to U.S. prices. About a quarter of the cost! Awesome! They also liked my dog very much and I can tell that everyone working there is a huge animal/pet lover! Thumbs way up! I would have given 4 stars but the place needed a dusting really bad! *Bonus*. Right across the street is an urgent care for people so you only have to remember one address for you and your dogs healthcare needs! Very nice!

Very friendly veterinarian and staff, they have a person that spoke very good English. Most of all there is no way to beat the prices. Thanks for taking care of my puppy.
