I bought a bag of dog food, upon getting home the dog food was to large for my Chihuahuas. I Immediately returned the bag. The lady in charge didn't have enough money for the return. At that time I asked when they get another delivery. She didn't know. I suggested that they call me when they cod replace the bag. Went into today for about the 3rd time. I was informed that they would give me 60 pesos credit for a bag that I had paid 810 pesos for YES THIS IS TR UE. I WOULD SPEND AN AVERAGE OF $150 DOLLARS A MONTH ON THREE DOGS NOW THEY WON'T GET DAMN THING FROM ME.

Poor service made an appointment and then when ingot there I had to wait almost an hour ... VIp in down town better option

We received terrific service by any standard. The facilities were nice and clean, and Dr. Félix was very thorough, competent and kind, a true professional. With the help of Alejandra, who provided superb Spanish-English translation, he explained everything to us in a way we have not experienced prior. We’ll take the education we received back home to Arizona, in continuing care of our four-legged family member. We received the treatment and medications we needed, all of which was very affordable. I will not hesitate to come back for veterinary care should we need it in the future.

Dr Leon and his staff are very caring and knowledgeable. We've tried a few vets in town for our 2 Great Danes and he by far made us feel most comfortable and he provides the most explanations. We can easily say we will no longer go anywhere else. Thanks Dr Leon.
