You get what you're paying for. A room with air/heat, Showers and bathroom, Vehicles are safe, Swimming pool, Friendly, and room gets cleaned daily. $35-$40 it is what it is.

it's a great place however the shoreline keeps eroding more and more and there's less and less parking so it becomes very challenging to get into.
