Pandemic times is so that they will update the system and online appointments, in addition to the lack of trained personnel who can solve doubts, I see many people from 6:30 am in the cold without keeping a healthy distance, many for simple procedures that They couldn't solve it online and others never told them if they could in person but here they are.
