The establishment has very few products for sale -I asked about nylon / pin pedals ... they arrive in a year-, the people who attend have no knowledge of the subject, I don't understand how it is that I cannot buy directly from trek. com ... unfortunate, once the exclusivity of the brand ends and it can be purchased online, this place will safely disappear

The boys serve very well, except I suppose it is as a supervisor, he does not answer the greetings and I call the attention of an employee who did not have a face mask being that he did not bring, I did not like his treatment. Everything else fine

They offer personalized attention. If you are not yet an expert in Bikes, they will advise you. The products they handle are of good quality and the workshop services that I have required so far are very well done.
