Cinépolis VIP El Dorado

***Good, friendly Service*** The only two negatives, which are not a big deals to me. #1. The VIP section is not at all in proximity to the rest of Cinépolis. Usually Cinépolis has a divided section within it's place for VIP, however this location has their VIP on the other side of the mall on its own. #2. The VIP recliners are manually operated. Meaning if you do not have the strength on your legs then it could become quite difficult to close the chair. *ALL* other VIP Cinépolis I have visited have electronically operated reclining chairs which is a lot more comfortable. Our server, Luis was great

MUCH better service in your seats than the other one. They brought drinks first, so fast I thought they were or someone else. The food was good, about the right amount of time. The seats are not electric, but who cares - they recline like the others. Best one by far

Sucks. The service was so bad. I paid by a nachos and I don’t know where it are. I’m waiting my nachos.
