They don't even know what paperwork they are doing, people trained in the sun and asking the staff what to do and nobody can answer you. The outside cops are very nice but the administration sucks

Having time, they do not want to attend to get a motorcycle license, I already brought all the papers and they told me to make an appointment. And there were not so many people. I have to turn around again.
