Zero recommended. Terrible, they do not have a good school system, the costs are not accessible as they make you believe, they charge you for absolutely all that includes the bank movements that the school should cover and in school control they do not have an answer for absolutely nothing, nor paperwork, credentials, etc. They do not have toilets in use when "there is a shortage of water" and they send you to find a public toilet in the street. It has absolutely no security and the authorities are not responsible either.
