At least with me it happened that the invoice was sent to another person, with another email and that person used the CFDI of that invoice, and I could not recover it. I spoke twice with the person (a woman) of the gas station responsible for it, but did not accept that the error had been theirs. A if I could never recover that bill, which was not a smaller amount. I do not re-bill there, nor accept invoices from that gas station, because they can bounce me.
