Bad service, I went to change some shoes that were given to me and from the first contact everything was excuses. I carried the bill, that you needed the ticket, that you could only make the change for the same model, whether you like it or not, it bothers you or not. That they didn't have the 1/2 number below, than in another branch. I asked for another model that I liked and without even consulting they told me that this model was discounted and that they had very few numbers of it. Although this model was more expensive than the one that was going to change and was willing to pay the difference. The last straw is that the establishment's mission is to "provide the customer with a service that leaves him fully satisfied" words more words less.

I do not like the service. THEY ARE ALWAYS OF EVIL HUMOR. They always give you a despotic and selfless treatment. I go because I love the brand and it is my closest store.

Poor quality I went to Plaza Oblatos for some boots the only number they had was stained with glue and with the edge of the seam carved, I went to Forum Tlaquepaque and acquired them arriving home I realized that the front had a pump as if It would have burned, I had to go to what they changed and since there was no in stock they sent me to the plaza galleries in which a woman named Trini of a very bad character treated me, treated the clients as if they gave away the shoes. Like there were two pairs and I had no choice but to bring me the best because the other one was also with more quality details and if I canceled my purchase I am charged 2.35% more VAT since I made it with a debit card. Attached photo, notice that the seam is dropped and the material scratched, I have bought previously but I think this is the last time I buy their products since they are not cheap for the quality they offer and the type of staff they have leaves a lot I wish to admit that the ladies of Forum Tlaquepaque were very kind except for the lady called Trini branch galleries.
