This place is a joke!! intentionally or not, they are completely incompetent. Doctors, Nurses, Registration- ALL incompetent!!! Save yourself and go elsewhere, preferably Guadalajara..
FIVE STARS for the Sanitation Crew- Clean, Friendly, Professional- Great Job Ladies!!
It is an excellent hospital, good service, excellent medical staff and nurses. The doctors who performed surgery on me are excellent health professionals! Highly recommend this hospital!
It is sad to think that people's lives are in the hands of the staff who work in this hospital - they are not professional, they are not careful and unfortunately the only important thing is that you pay their fees.
With the delicate nature of our patient with a diagnosis of Leukemia, with the possibility of complications and coupled with the contingency of the pandemic The care that the hospital, its doctors and each of its employees and collaborators should have had to be impeccable But On the contrary - and that proves the lack of professionalism - the lack of interest, seriousness and above all of humanity.
Sorry in advance for the long post but it is necessary to understand the degree of inefficiency and inumanity of the hospital.
After week number two of treatment, the prognoses were encouraging - The specialist Doctor Armando Norato Hematologo was impressed with the progress of our patient although unfortunately he decided to apply chemo without communicating that there was another treatment option for this specific disease - The drug called Trisenox o ATO For its acronym in English - it is a very expensive drug that works like chemotherapy - killing cancer cells but without the tremendous side effects of chemo - Doctor Norato decided to apply chemo without giving us the information on this drug, much less the option to use it instead of chemo that are painful and dangerous especially in these times with the complication of the pandemic. Even so, our patient with an impressive Strength and a will to live and win the battle against the disease clung to life, finished his week of chemo and was reacting tremendously well to the treatment but unfortunately the care of the staff was literally fatal - with this pandemic and the delicacy of our patient different nurses came in and out of the room - in addition to different laboratory and blood center personnel. The more people, the more likely that an infection and / or complication will occur but they still do not care - the cleaning and laundry people did not mind entering the room of our delicate patient without protection for our patient, they refused to wear the appropriate clothing and even the mouth cover. Gloves were wearing out and some doctors didn't even want to wear the surgical gown to protect our patient - the kitchen staff had specific directions on the diet and they always sent either raw fruit or cheese or something that could really give our patient a complication.
The hospital and its employees and collaborators did not act correctly for the circumstances and the sensitivity of the patient. When the inevitable happened and our patient sadly experienced a complication, our patient was treated without an ounce of humanity and even knowing that the responsibility for the complication weighed on their shoulders for all the care they did not have - they refused to continue treating our patient - they demanded their payment and that we immediately take our patient out of their hospital because his lungs had pneumonia and they feared that he had been infected with Covid19 - by God if our patient was infected with any virus it was due to his lack of care - for all the people who entered and left his room without any precaution - our patient had not entered the hospital with any virus and if he had it there in the same hospital he acquired it, but they did not even know for sure and they did not have the way to test it because the rapid covid19 tests came out Negative and the hospital had no way to do another kind of more effective test. So the best option for them was to have the account settled and the patient left.
In immense pain we lost our patient 36 hours after she was kicked out of the Santa Fe hospital.
Hopefully all those people who had to do in one way or another with this outcome can continue their lives without remorse.
Your attention is very good. Doctors specialize in different areas. Prices are reasonable. Facilities with parking and wheelchair access. Good hospital for these small towns with very trained staff.
Lousy service, Dr. disque guard with no experience or interest, did medical checkups as they should be, everything above and in a hurry. He prescribed medicine or REQUIRED. And to top it at reception they tell you a price and you end up gaining another course in his favor. Never to return
