I went to have a strand test and I honestly did not like the treatment. 1. The person who attended me was not attentive, be careful! She was not rude but I did not feel cared for, I only said that I was coming to a strand test and now, not in asking what I wanted to do to my hair, she did not suggest alternatives, colors or anything in general. 2. If they offered me a small bottle of water and that's fine. 3. Being with the bleach I was worried since she put the bleach on and it left for 20 minutes maybe 25 and even if it was not necessary if I would like her to be checking how she is bleaching my hair. 4. At the end of the process, he only said that he could not do what he wanted and there is no problem but he suggested nothing, I asked him for treatment suggestions and he did it vaguely, lazily. Maybe there are staff who attend very well and not less price that, I just tell my experience.

Terrible service, I did not believe what was written in comments. I had my appointment at 2, I arrived on time and they asked me to wait in the room, 2 girls arrive after me (one with an appointment at 3) and they pass it before, the same with the other girl and I stay waiting, even if more workers are unemployed just gossiping or on the cell phone
