Location was great. Receptionist was rude and kept calling my room when I asked if It was ok to wait for my uber. 15 minutes.5 minutes later she calls and asks to confirm check out at 2. (1:30pm). she calls again at 1:35 then again 145 then again at 1:55. needles to say i won't be booking with them. Booked for the location and not the hospitality.

this place is superb place right in centro,everything u need its on walking distance staff is friendly and cool they take care guests very nicely i strongly reccomend this hotel 👍👍👍👍👍

Great hotel, staff was excellent spoke good English and was very accommodating! Location is right in heart of Guadalajara. Restaurant was great breakfast, lunch and dinner! Felt safe here and would love to stay again!

This place blew me away in the fact that they were so nice. This place is clean and I highly recommend it. Middle of downtown and can walk to stores, money exchange and nice architecture.
