Beautiful setting in Guadalajara, tree-lined streets, and tranquil surroundings. Loved that a turn if the century home was preserved and repurposed for future generations to enjoy. Stayed in a deluxe room, bed was very comfortable and staff very attentive. Would definitely return.

I am torn, I love this hotel, but some things just don't work.....the design is great, amazing, love the pool deck and terrace and the modern/retro style of the rooms, hallways, restaurants and bars.....but then thers are loads of tiny brass flip switches in the room that sometimes work and mostly don't and that I had no idea which light they were for. There were ice cold marble floors in the bathroom and a cleaning team that removed the second mat we asked for the day prior. The bartender who made amazing drinks for three days until another one took over and served horrible ones. There was the drinks menu that had one price and the next day another. The super nice staff everywhere, helpful and with a smile. The great pool that suddenly was freezing because they did maintenance, but then we were informed a guest requested it colder (????). I am not sure what to make of this hotel. I like it, but I prefer comfort over style.

My favorite urban hotel in Mexico. Very unique design. Peaceful neighborhood. The staff is so kind and sweet. Very responsive to our needs. The pool is delightful. The breakfast buffet is included and it is amazing. Beds are a bit small. We extended our stay we were so at peace here
