Great hotel, I've been told that it was remodeled, this hotel is very similar to those European hotels but it's located in the heart of Guadalajara. Customer service is great as they are willing to accommodate this customers to the best of their ability. I saw they housekeepers cleaning the elevators and even the walls at the elevator lobby. My favorite area was the rooftop/terrace, they have a restaurant where your able to see the cathedral and part of the government buildings. The hotel doesn't have parking on-site but they do have a connection with a parking spot about 2 blocks away for a reduced price. I'm not a huge fan of Hilton but I Highly Recommend this specific hotel.

We spent a weekend in the heart of Guadalajara and were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and polite especially Eduardo he made us feel like we were at home. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Hilton in centro Guadalajara.

Very well located hotel. Staff is awesome and friendly! Piso 7 is a must if you stay here, the food and staff are awesome! You can see the cathedral from the balcony and listen to all the great music played on the plaza.

The customer service from front desk to housekeeping was outstanding! I’ve never been treated so well at any other Hilton I’ve traveled to. Anayeli at front desk made sure I felt right at home and Marco was super knowledgeable about the ins & outs of Guadalajara. I will definitely be back at the doubletree! Thank you!!!

Isabel at front desk provided excellent customer service since day 1. makes me feel welcome and always have smile on her face. The manger cares about my concerns and making me feel welcome. Love this double tree hotel at GDL, Mexico. oh Hotel is very clean. Even with covid-19 and I feel safe to stay.
