Good wash!

There are two times that I have problems with them. The first; It was at the time of paying they charged me more than the amount they had mentioned when entering, according to that they had done an extra service that I did not request. The second was a few days ago, when I went to collect, the mats were not mine and they were those of three different vehicles, how can you go wrong about that? The fact is that I talk to the car wash and they begin to blame each other saying that one had grabbed them and that another had told him, he bothered me and I went to the manager who is with them, and he practically told me to leave and I already had other rugs, if worn and from another brand 😒 seriously ??? I told him I was in a hurry and needed to find the rugs. At that, a lady arrived in another car saying that they weren't her rugs, that is, some of her rugs were changed with mine, and having those that were mine, they were still asking me on several occasions to open the truck to check them again, sure. I was lying to them wanting to keep the worn rugs when mine are new. I opened all the doors for them to check again, and even so they were not satisfied, they did not apologize and they did not say anything ... So I will not see them again to wash my vehicle, nor the fleets of the company ...

They take too long and don't wash well
