Everything inside very tidy and almost empty due to Covid. Outside are all the people in semi healthy distance. Tip: They only attend by appointment. They are released every 15 days.

Terrible telephone service, the lady who answers the calls does it in a rude way, and she is urged to end the call, they are supposed to provide information and she does not do it properly.

Totally disappointing. After several months of trying to get an appointment for the electronic signature. It turns out that the FIEL that they issue is DEACTIVATED, and according to the SAT's telephone advice, we have to arrange another appointment for taxpayer services so that they can put a password with which to activate it. We are experiencing a serious setback in the provision of public services. The kindness of the people who attend is of no use if the procedures are not solved
