I was there during the pandemic period for a breakfast. Well.. the location is extremely beatiful 5 stars I suggest a visit; the food is good, but not many options or variety.. 3/4 stars.

I ended up getting the garden room for my stay in Guadalajara. I was skeptical being that I've never visited the country before. I based my opinions on reviews and Google searches prior to my stay. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, which they had a remote to which opened the roof to do some stargazing. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The place was quiet and I had a good night sleep.

Older hotel so don't expect any flashy business. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We had a small charming room with king size bed which worked for us. Quiet stay and comfortable. Shower took up tiny bathroom but felt nice after walking all day drinking tequila! Water takes awhile to heat up if you like hot showers. Hotel can arrange tours as well. Located in a residential area not far from shopping areas, restaurants and plazas. Uber easy to get around!! Rooftop sitting area with bar was really cool but no one was using it and small bar area wasn't open. Inside hotel bar is small so can't really drink in there but plenty of seating in dining area to lounge around. We took drinks up to roof and weather was great. Very cool lounging area. I'd stay again. Loved Guadalajara.
